“Credit Agreement” (or “this Agreement” wherever referred to within the Existing Credit Agreement) means the Existing Credit Agreement as amended by this Fourth Amendment, and as the same may hereafter be further amended, restated, modified and/or otherwise supplemented from time to time.

“Credit Agreement” (or “this Agreement” wherever referred to within the Existing Credit Agreement) means the Existing Credit Agreement as amended by the Amendment, and as the same may hereafter be further amended, restated, modified and/or otherwise supplemented from time to time.

“Credit Agreement” means the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment as the same may hereafter be further amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

“Agreement” means this Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, as it may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

“Agreement” means this Credit Agreement, as amended by the First Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of February 28, 2013, the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of June 25, 2013, the Third Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of October 29, 2013, the Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of November 12, 2013, the Fifth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of March 10, 2014 and the Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of August 15, 2014, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented or restated.

“Agreement” means this Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, including any schedules and exhibits hereto, as amended by the First Amendment, the Second Amendment and the Third Amendment, and as the same may from time to time be further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or modified.

“Existing Credit Agreement” means this Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Fourth Amendment (Other Amendments) Effective Date.
