The Borrowers, the Lenders party thereto and Royal Bank as Administrative Agent entered into that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of July 31, 2013 (as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date of this Amendment, including as amended and restated by Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2014, as amended by Incremental Facility Amendment No. 1, dated as of August 29, 2014, as amended by Amendment No. 2 to Credit Agreement, dated as of October 28, 2014, as amended by Amendment No. 3 to Credit Agreement, dated as of November 7, 2014 and as amended by Incremental Facility Amendment No. 2 dated as of December 19, 2014, the “Existing Credit Agreement”; the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment and as may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).

The Borrowers, the lenders party thereto (the “Existing Lenders”), certain other parties thereto and [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as Administrative Agent, are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 5, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which such Existing Lenders originally agreed to provide the Borrowers with a term loan facility and revolving credit facility, including subfacilities for swing line loans and letters of credit; and

The Borrowers, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 3, 2015 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which the Lenders have extended a term loan to the Parent Borrower and a revolving credit facility to the Borrowers.

The ​, the Administrative ​ and certain lenders are party to that certain First Lien Credit Agreement, dated as of August 21, 2014 (as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, dated as of September 25, 2014, as amended by that certain Incremental Amendment No. 1, dated as of June 30, 2016, as amended by that certain Second Incremental Amendment, dated as of December 14, 2016, as amended by the that certain Third Incremental Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of June 15, 2017, as amended by that certain Fourth Incremental Amendment, dated as of December 18, 2017, as amended by that certain Fifth Incremental Amendment, dated as of December 7, 2018, and as amended by that certain Sixth Incremental Amendment, dated as of March 29, 2019, the “Existing Credit Agreement”).

The Borrowers party thereto, [[Loan Parties:Organization]] party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of June 29, 2018 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).

The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of October 15, 2014 (as amended prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which the Lenders have, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein, made certain credit available to and on behalf of the Borrower.
