Amendments to Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in the marked terms on [Annex I] hereto (the “Amended Credit Agreement”). In [Annex I] hereto, deletions of text in the Amended Credit Agreement are indicated by struck-through text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and insertions of text are indicated by bold, double-underlined text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth on [Annex I] hereto.

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached hereto as [Annex I] and any such term or provision of [Annex I] which is different from that set forth in the Credit Agreement shall be replaced and superseded in all respects by the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement set forth on [Annex I].

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached hereto as Annex I and any such term or provision of Annex I which is different from that set forth in the Credit Agreement shall be replaced and superseded in all respects by the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement set forth on Annex I.

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the date of satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 below (such date, the “Amendment Effective Date”) the parties hereto agree that the Credit Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double- underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement (including the Exhibits thereto) attached as [Annex A] hereto (the Credit Agreement as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).

Section # Amendments to Existing Credit Agreement. Effective upon the Second Amendment Effective Date (defined below), the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex I hereto.

Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement (excluding the Schedules and the Exhibits thereto, which shall continue to be the Schedules and Exhibits under the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby) is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex I hereto.

Amendment to the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), the Credit Agreement (excluding all Schedules and Exhibits thereto, each of which shall remain as in effect immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date) is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the bold and underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: bold and underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto.

Effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below), the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth on Annex A to this Amendment. Language being inserted into the applicable section of the Credit Agreement is evidenced by blue underlined text. Language being deleted from the applicable section of the Credit Agreement is evidenced by red strike-through text.

Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Conforming Changes Amendment Effective Date, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Existing Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

SECTION #Amendments to the Existing Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Third Amendment Effective Date (as defined below), the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended # to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: stricken text and stricken text) and # to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: double-underlined text and double-underlined text), in each case, as set forth in the marked pages of the Existing Credit Agreement (and to the extent provided in Exhibit A hereto, the exhibits, schedules and appendices to the Existing Credit Agreement) attached hereto as Exhibit A hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes (the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
