The Borrower, the Subsidiary Guarantors, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Amended and Restated Credit Agreement”), providing for the availability of certain credit facilities to the Borrower upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth therein.

The Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of October 15, 2014 (as amended prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which the Lenders have, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein, made certain credit available to and on behalf of the Borrower.

Borrowers, Guarantors, Administrative Agent and Lenders entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of August 12, 2014 (the "Credit Agreement"). All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Credit Agreement.

The Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and, individually, a “Lender”), the Administrative Agent, [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as L/C Issuer and the other agents referred to therein are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of December 31, 2014 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which the Lenders have made certain extensions of credit (subject to the terms and conditions thereof) to the Borrower.

The Borrowers, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of March 3, 2015 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which the Lenders have extended a term loan to the Parent Borrower and a revolving credit facility to the Borrowers.

The Borrowers party thereto, [[Loan Parties:Organization]] party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of June 29, 2018 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).

Borrowers, Guarantors, Administrative Agent and Lenders entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of August 12, 2014, as amended by First Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of January 16, 2015 (the “Credit Agreement”). All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Credit Agreement.

The Borrower, the Lenders, and the Administrative Agent are parties to a certain Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of June 7, 2019 (as amended from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”). All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms have in the Credit Agreement.

The Borrowers, the lenders party thereto (the “Existing Lenders”), certain other parties thereto and [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as Administrative Agent, are parties to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 5, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Existing Credit Agreement”), pursuant to which such Existing Lenders originally agreed to provide the Borrowers with a term loan facility and revolving credit facility, including subfacilities for swing line loans and letters of credit; and

The Borrower, [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as administrative agent, and certain other parties are party to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 23, 2018 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the Restatement Effective Date, the “Existing Credit Agreement”); and
