“Agreement” means this First Lien Credit Agreement, as amended, restated, amended and restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

“Agreement” shall mean this Amended and Restated First Lien Term Loan Credit Agreement, as amended and restated by Amendment and Restatement Agreement No. 1 on the First Restatement Effective Date and as may be further amended, amended and restated, modified, supplemented, extended or renewed from time to time.

“Agreement” means this Credit Agreement, as amended, restated, modified, replaced, extended, renewed or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
