Amended Terms. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, all references to the Credit Agreement in each of the Loan Documents shall hereafter mean the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended hereby or otherwise agreed, the Credit Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.

Amended Terms. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, all references to the Loan Agreement in each of the Loan Documents shall hereafter mean the Loan Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended hereby or otherwise agreed, the Loan Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms.

The Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, is in all respects ratified, approved and confirmed, and shall, as so amended, remain in full force and effect. From and after the date that the amendments herein described take effect, all reference to the "Agreement" in the Credit Agreement and in the other Loan Documents, shall be deemed to be references to the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Each Loan Document, after giving effect to this Amendment, is and shall continue to be in full force and effect and is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed, except that, on and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in each of the Loan Documents to the "Credit Agreement", "thereunder", "thereof" or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by, and after giving effect to, this Amendment.

Amended Terms. On and after the Third Amendment Effective Date, all references to the Credit Agreement in each of the Loan Documents shall hereafter mean the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended hereby or otherwise agreed, the Credit Agreement is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect according to its terms. The amendments set forth herein are effective for the purposes set forth herein and shall be limited precisely as written and shall not be deemed # to be a consent to any amendment, waiver or modification of any other term or condition of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, # to be a consent to any future amendment or modification or waiver to any instrument or agreement the execution and delivery of which is consented to hereby, or to any waiver of any of the provisions thereof, # otherwise prejudice any right or remedy which the ​ and the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] may now have or may have in the future or in connection with any Loan Document, # affect the right of the ​ to demand compliance by the Loan Parties with all terms and conditions of the Loan Documents, or # be deemed or construed to be a waiver or release of, or a limitation upon, the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]]’s or the ​’ exercise of any rights or remedies under the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, whether arising as a consequence of any Default or Event of Default which may now exist or otherwise, all such rights and remedies hereby being expressly reserved.

Effect on Credit Agreement. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Credit Agreement and all other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed.

The Credit Agreement as specifically amended by this Amendment, is and shall continue to be in full force and effect and is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. This Amendment shall be a “Loan Document” for purposes of the definition thereof in the Existing Credit Agreement.

References to Credit Agreement and Ratification. Each reference to the Credit Agreement that is made in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall hereafter be construed as a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement are confirmed and ratified and shall remain in full force and effect and be unaffected hereby. This Amendment is a Loan Document.

Except as amended hereby, the provisions of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. After the effective date hereof, all references in the Loan Documents to the “Credit Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

The Credit Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents, as specifically amended by this Amendment, are and shall continue to be in full force and effect and are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
