Accordingly,No legal or other presumption against the rule of construction that any ambiguity inparty drafting this Agreement concerning its construction, interpretation or otherwise shall be construed againstaccrue to the draftingbenefit of any party shall not apply.to this Agreement and each party expressly waives the right to assert such a presumption in any proceedings or disputes connected with, arising out of, or involving this Agreement.
