Notwithstanding anything to contrary set forth herein, if the Agent and the Company acting together identify any ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, then the Agent and the Company shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect, and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to contrary set forth herein, if the Agent and the Company acting together identify any ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, then the Agent and the Company shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect, and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement.Agreement; provided that the Agent shall post such amendment to the ​ (which may be posted to the approved Platform) reasonably promptly after the effectiveness thereof.

Notwithstanding anything to contrary set forth herein, if the Agent and the CompanyBorrower acting together identify any ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, then the Agent and the CompanyBorrower shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect, and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement.Agreement; provided that the Agent shall deliver a copy of such amendment to the [[Organization A:Organization]] (which may be delivered by posting a copy of such amendment to the Approved Electronic Platform) reasonably promptly after the effectiveness thereof.

Notwithstanding anythingany provision herein to contrary set forth herein,the contrary, if the Administrative Agent and the Company acting together identify any ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document,Document (including the schedules and exhibits thereto), then the Administrative Agent and the Company shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect, and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anythingIn addition and notwithstanding any provision herein to contrary set forth herein,the contrary, if the Administrative Agent and the CompanyCompany, acting togethertogether, identify any ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document,Document (including the schedules and exhibits thereto), then the Administrative Agent and the Company shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect, and such amendment shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement.

NotwithstandingFurther notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein,in this §27, if the Agent and the Company acting together identify anyBorrower have jointly identified an ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical error or other defect in any provision of this Agreement or anythe other Loan Document, thenDocuments or an inconsistency between provisions of this Agreement and/or the other Loan Documents, the Agent and the CompanyBorrower shall be permitted to amend, modify or supplement such provision or provisions to cure such ambiguity, omission, mistake, typographical errordefect or other defect, andinconsistency so long as to do so would not adversely affect the interest of the Lenders. Any such amendmentamendment, modification or supplement shall become effective without any further action or consent of any of other party to this Agreement.
