to interpret the Plan and to decide all matters arising thereunder, including the right to resolve or remedy any ambiguities, errors, inconsistencies or omissions. All such interpretations shall be final and binding on all parties;

to interpret the terms and provisions of the Plan and to decidedetermine any and all mattersquestions arising thereunder,under the Plan, including without limitation, the right to resolveremedy possible ambiguities, inconsistencies, or remedy any ambiguities, errors, inconsistenciesomissions by a general rule or omissions. All such interpretations shall be final and binding on all parties;particular decision;

to interpret and to construe the Plan and to decide all matters and questions (of fact or otherwise) arising thereunder,hereunder, including the right to resolve or remedy anypossible ambiguities, errors, inconsistencies or omissions.
