The Participant's Employer, Corporation any other Affiliate to which the Participant provides service must be registered with SAFE prior to settlement of the PRSUs. If the Corporation is unable to obtain registration approval or is required to obtain further approvals on behalf of the Employer, Corporation or any other Affiliate, the vesting or settlement of the PRSUs may be suspended or delayed.
