“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency or an Alternative L/C Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or an Issuing Lender, as applicable, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency or Alternative L/C Currency.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined in good faith by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternate Currency, same day or other funds as may be reasonably determined by the [[Person A:Person]] or an Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternate Currency.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative CurrencyCanadian Dollars, same day or other funds as may be reasonably determined by the applicableCanadian Agent, or the applicableCanadian Swing Line Lender, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative CurrencyCanadian Dollars.

“Same Day Funds” means # with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and # with respect to disbursements and payments in Canadian Dollars, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Canadian Administrative Agent, the Canadian L/C Issuer or the Canadian Swing Line Lender, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in Canadian Dollars.
