Allocation of Reinvestments of Reference Investment Fund Distributions. All Equivalents (earnings, gains and losses net after expenses and taxes) attributable to any Account as measured in respect of any Reference Investment Funds will be deemed to include any distributions by such Reference Investment Fund, which distributions shall be deemed to be reinvested in the same Reference Investment Fund after deducting any expenses and taxes attributable to such reinvestment.
Reinvestments. On each Business Day during the Reinvestment Period, the Master Servicer, on behalf of the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Funding Agents for the benefit of the Conduit Investors and/or the Alternate Investors as applicable), shall pay to the SPV, out of Collections of Receivables, the amount available for Reinvestment in accordance with [Section 2.12(a)(iii)]. Each such payment is hereinafter called a “Reinvestment”. All Reinvestments with respect to the Conduit Investor Percentage and the Alternate Investor Percentage of the Asset Interest shall be made ratably on behalf of the Conduit Investors and Alternate Investors, as applicable, pro rata in accordance with their respective outstanding portions of the Alternate Investor Percentage and Conduit Investor Percentage, as applicable, of the Net Investment funded by them.
Reference Bond Fund. The reference investment shall be a mutual fund or bank common trust fund which invests in a diversified portfolio of government and high quality corporate bonds (generally A rated or higher) with average maturities of up to 5 years.
Reference Growth Fund. The reference investment shall be a mutual fund which focuses on growth equities.
Investment Fund Account. Subject to the provisions of [Sections 5 and 8.1]1] as of the last day of each Plan Year, the Trustee shall credit to each Participant’s Investment Fund Account: # the Participant’s allocable share of any contribution for that year made by the Employer in cash or in property other than Stock that is not used by the Trustee to purchase Employer Stock or to make payments due under an Exempt Loan; # the Participant’s allocable share of any forfeitures from the Investment Fund Accounts of other Participants arising under the Plan during that year; # any cash dividends paid during that year on Stock credited to the Participant’s Stock Fund Account, other than dividends which are paid directly to the Participant and other than dividends which are used to repay Exempt Loan; and # the share of the net income or loss of the Trust Fund properly allocable to that Participant’s Investment Fund Account, as provided in [Section 8.5].
Investment Fund Transfers. If a Participant makes an investment fund transfer pursuant to the provisions of the Qualified Plan, the identical investment fund transfer shall be performed
Stock Fund and Investment Fund. The Trust Fund held by the Trustee shall be divided into the Stock Fund, consisting entirely of Stock, and the Investment Fund, consisting of all assets of the Trust other than Stock. The Trustee shall have no investment responsibility for the Stock Fund, but shall accept any Employer contributions made in the form of Stock, and shall acquire, sell, exchange, distribute, and otherwise deal with and dispose of Stock in accordance with the instructions of the Committee. As a directed Trustee, the Trustee shall have such responsibility for the investment of the Investment Fund as set forth pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
Reference Money Market Fund. The reference investment shall be a mutual fund or bank common trust fund which invests in various short-term U.S. Government securities and/or similar instruments, including Treasury Bills, certificates of deposit and other high quality instruments.
Reference Equity Index Fund. The reference investment shall be a mutual fund or bank common trust fund which invests in common stocks of companies comprising the S&P 500 Index on a weighted basis substantially similar to the weighting of the S&P 500 Index.
Reference Investment Funds Available. The Company and the Recordkeeper will maintain records in respect of the Accounts of each Participant which measure in accordance with the elections made by such Participant in respect of his or her Deferred Amounts the earnings, gains and losses attributable to such Deferred Amounts as though invested in one or more of the Reference Investment Funds within the categories described below, as specifically selected by the Compensation Committee and identified at [Annex I] to the Plan:
