Salary. For all services rendered by Executive under this Agreement Employer shall pay Executive a salary at the rate of $1,150,000.00 per year. Executive’s salary shall be payable bi-weekly in accordance with Employer’s usual practice for its officers. Performance reviews shall be conducted every calendar year. Salary increases shall be considered at each year end and shall be awarded at the discretion of the Board of Directors of Employer.

Salary. In exchange for the services to be rendered by Executive hereunder, the Company agrees to pay, during the Employment Period, a salary at an annual rate of $18,000. The company will make monthly payments in the amount of $1500 on the 1st of each calendar month beginning November 1, 2014. From time to time, Executive and Company may change this compensation depending on how the scope of work and time required evolves. Any change to this compensation can be added as an amendment to this agreement and signed by both parties.

Base Salary. For services rendered by the Executive under this Agreement during the Employment Period, the Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary (“Base Salary”), evenly paid twice a month or on such other schedule as salaried employees of the Company are generally and regularly compensated. Effective as of January 1, 2023, through the term of this Agreement, the Base Salary shall be at the rate of no less than $650,000 per year.

#Base Salary. As of the Effective Date, Executive shall receive for services to be rendered hereunder an annual base salary of $275,000 (“Base Salary”), payable on the regular payroll dates of the Company, which are currently bi-weekly, subject to increase in the sole discretion of the Board.

Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay the Executive a salary of not less than $150,000 annually, excepting the condition of Section 1.4 b)., less required and authorized deductions and withholdings . Such salary shall be paid in equal semi-monthly payments in the same manner and on the same schedule as other Company employees.

Salary and Board Fees. The Company agrees to pay the Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per annum for his services hereunder. Annual adjustments after the first year of the Employment Period shall be subject to the discretion of the Board. (Base Salary and any adjusted salary shall be identified herein as "Salary".) Executive's Salary shall be paid in periodic installments in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices. Executive shall, subject to policies and procedures of the Company’s Board, be eligible for additional fees for service on the Company’s Board, if applicable.

Base Salary. Employer shall pay to Executive an annual base salary for all services to be rendered by Executive under this Agreement of $463,500 (the "Base Salary"), which Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with Employer's normal payroll schedule, procedures and policies (which schedule, procedures and policies may be modified from time to time) and subject to applicable deductions as required by law. Employer shall review Executive's salary on an annual basis and may, in its discretion, consider and declare from time to time increases in the Base Salary that it pays Executive. Any and all increases in Executive's salary pursuant to this section shall cause the level of Base Salary to be increased by the amount of each such increase for purposes of this Agreement. The increased level of Base Salary as provided in this section shall become the level of Base Salary for the remainder of the term of this Agreement unless there is a further increase in Base Salary as provided herein.
