Option Not Transferable. This option shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise encumbered by the Participant, either voluntarily or by operation of law, except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. During the Participant’s lifetime only the Participant can exercise this option.

This option may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise encumbered by the Participant, either voluntarily or by operation of law, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and, during the lifetime of the Participant, this option shall be exercisable only by the Participant.

Option Not Transferable. During the Employee’s lifetime only the Employee can exercise this option.

This Option may not be sold, assigned, transferred, pledged or otherwise encumbered by the Participant, either voluntarily or by operation of law, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and, during the lifetime of the Participant, this Option shall be exercisable only by the Participant.

Transferability. This Option shall not be transferable otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution and may be exercised during the lifetime of the Participant only by the Participant; provided, however, that notwithstanding the above, this Option shall be transferable by the Participant to family members and related estate planning entities.

This option shall not be transferable by the Optionee other than by will or by laws of descent or distribution, and is exercisable during the lifetime of the Optionee only by the Optionee.

Non-Transferability of Option. This Option may not be transferred in any manner except by will or by the laws of descent or distribution. It may be exercised during the lifetime of Optionee only by Optionee. The terms of this Option shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns of Optionee.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF OPTIONS. The Option may not be sold, pledged, assigned, hypothecated or disposed of in any manner other than by will or by the laws of descent or distribution and may be exercised, during the lifetime of the Optionee, only by the Optionee.

The Option may not be transferable in any manner (including without limitation, sale, alienation, anticipation, pledge, encumbrance, or assignment) other than by will or by laws of descent and distribution, unless otherwise determined by the Committee in accordance with the Plan. All rights with respect to the Option shall be exercisable during the lifetime of the Participant only by the Participant or his or her guardian or legal representative or permitted transferee, if applicable.
