Options Not Transferable. This Option will not be assignable or transferable by you, other than by a qualified domestic relations order or by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, and will be exercisable during your lifetime only by you (or your legal guardian or personal representative). If this Option remains exercisable after your death, subject to paragraphs 1, 5, and 6 above, it may be exercised by the personal representative of your estate or by any person who acquires the right to exercise such Option by bequest, inheritance or otherwise by reason of your death.

Non-Transferability of Option. This Option may not be transferred in any manner except by will or by the laws of descent or distribution. It may be exercised during the lifetime of Optionee only by Optionee. The terms of this Option shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns of Optionee.

Transferability. Your Option is not transferable except by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, and during your lifetime may be exercised only by you.

Non-Transferability. No Option granted hereunder shall be transferable by the Optionee to whom granted otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and an Option may be exercised during the lifetime of such Optionee only by the Optionee or his guardian or legal representative. The terms of such Option shall be binding upon the beneficiaries, executors, administrators, heirs and successors of the Optionee.

Transferability. This Option shall not be transferable otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution and may be exercised during the lifetime of the Participant only by the Participant; provided, however, that notwithstanding the above, this Option shall be transferable by the Participant to family members and related estate planning entities.

Non-Transferability of Option. This Option may not be transferred except by will or by the laws of descent or distribution and may be exercised during the Optionee’s lifetime by the Optionee only. The terms of this Option are binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns of the Optionee.
