Not a Contract of Employment. Nothing in the Plan, the Grant Notice or this Agreement confers upon Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Subsidiary or interferes with or restricts in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which rights are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge or terminate the services of Participant at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between the Company or a Subsidiary and Participant.

OPTION NOT A SERVICE CONTRACT. Your option is not an employment or service contract, and nothing in your option will be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on your part to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate, or of the Company or an Affiliate to continue your employment. In addition, nothing in your option will obligate the Company or an Affiliate, their respective stockholders, boards of directors, officers or employees to continue any relationship that you might have as a Non-Employee Director or Consultant for the Company or an Affiliate.

Not A Contract of Employment. This Arbitration Agreement is not, and shall not be construed to create, any contract of employment, express or implied. Nor does this Arbitration Agreement in any way alter the "at-will" status of Associate's employment.

NOT A CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT. The terms and conditions of this Plan shall not be deemed to constitute a Contract of employment between any Employer and the Participant. Such employment is hereby acknowledged to be an “at will” employment relationship that can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, unless expressly provided in a written employment agreement. Nothing in this Plan shall be deemed to give a Participant the right to be retained in the service of any Employer, either as an employee or a director, or to interfere with the right of any Employer to discipline or discharge the Participant at any time.

Not a Contract of Employment. This Agreement is not a contract of employment and does not guarantee Employee employment for any specified period of time.

Agreement Not Recordable. Neither this Agreement nor any notice of it will be recorded in any public records.

Not a Contract of Future Service. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may not be deemed to constitute a contract of future service between Employer and Employee, and Employee (or his or her Beneficiary) will have no rights against Employer except as may otherwise be specifically provided in this Agreement.

Not a Contract of Service Relationship. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue to serve as an employee or other service provider of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or interfere with or restrict in any way with the right of the Company

Not an Employment or Service Contract. Nothing in this Option is to be construed as an agreement, express or implied, by Learning Tree or any of its subsidiaries to employ you or contract for your services, nor will it restrict Learning Tree's or such subsidiary's right to discharge you or cease contracting for your services or to modify, extend or otherwise affect in any manner whatsoever, the terms of any employment agreement or contract for services which may exist between you and Learning Tree or any of its subsidiaries.

Agreement Not a Contract of Employment or Other Relationship. This Agreement is not a contract of employment, and the terms of employment of the Participant or other relationship of the Participant with the Company shall not be affected in any way by this Agreement except as specifically provided herein. The Participant’s execution or acceptance of this Agreement shall not be construed as conferring any legal rights upon the Participant for a continuation of an employment or other relationship with the Company, nor shall it interfere with the right of the Company to discharge the Participant and to treat him or her without regard to the effect which such treatment might have upon him or her as a Participant.
