Agreement Not a Contract. This Agreement (and the grant of the Option) is not an employment or service contract, and nothing in the Option shall be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on Participant’s part to continue as an employee or director of or consultant to the Company or any Affiliate or a successor company (or a subsidiary or parent thereof), or of the Company or any Affiliate or a successor company (or a subsidiary or parent thereof) to continue Participant’s Service as such an employee, director or consultant.

Not Employment Contract. The Employee acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment, does not imply that the Company will continue his/her employment for any period of time and does not change the at-will nature of his/her employment.

Not Employment Contract. You acknowledge that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment, does not imply that Syros will continue your employment for any period of time, and does not change the at-will nature of your employment.

Not Contract of Employment. The adoption and maintenance of the Plan shall not be deemed to be a contract of employment between the Company and any Person, to be consideration for the employment of any Person, or to have any effect whatsoever on the at-will employment relationship. Nothing in the Plan shall be deemed to give any Person the right to be retained in the employ of the Company or to restrict the right of the Company to discharge any Person at any time. Nothing in the Plan shall be deemed to give the Company the right to require any Person to remain in the employ of such Company or to restrict any Person’s right to terminate employment at any time.

Not an Employment Contract. The Executive acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment or impose on the Company any obligation to retain the Executive as an employee and that this Agreement does not prevent the Executive from terminating employment at any time. If the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason and subsequently a Change in Control shall occur, the Executive shall not be entitled to any benefits hereunder except as otherwise provided pursuant to Section 1.2.

Not A Contract of Employment. This Arbitration Agreement is not, and shall not be construed to create, any contract of employment, express or implied. Nor does this Arbitration Agreement in any way alter the "at-will" status of Associate's employment.

Nothing in the Plan, the Grant Notice or this Agreement confers upon Participant any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or any Subsidiary or interferes with or restricts in any way the rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which rights are hereby expressly reserved, to discharge or terminate the services of Participant at any time for any reason

NOT A CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT. The terms and conditions of this Plan shall not be deemed to constitute a Contract of employment between any Employer and the Participant. Such employment is hereby acknowledged to be an “at will” employment relationship that can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, unless expressly provided in a written employment agreement. Nothing in this Plan shall be deemed to give a Participant the right to be retained in the service of any Employer, either as an employee or a director, or to interfere with the right of any Employer to discipline or discharge the Participant at any time.

Not a Contract of Employment. This Agreement is not a contract of employment and does not guarantee Employee employment for any specified period of time.

Award Not A Service Contract. This Agreement is not an employment or service contract, and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to create in any way whatsoever any obligation on your part to continue in the employ or service of the Company or an Affiliate, or of the Company or an Affiliate to continue your employment or service.
