Agreement. The word "Agreement" means this Aircraft Security Agreement, as this Aircraft Security Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time, together with all exhibits and schedules attached to this Aircraft Security Agreement from time to time.

Agreement. This Agreement has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company, and, assuming due authorization, execution and delivery by the other parties hereto, constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms, except as enforcement thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws relating to or affecting creditors’ rights generally or by general equitable principles.

Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a copy of this Agreement duly executed by each of the Loan Parties, each Lender and the Administrative Agent.

Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first set forth above (the "Effective Date"). Following the Effective Date, the Executive shall continue to be an employee of the Company until such employment relationship is terminated in accordance with [Section 6] hereof (the "Term of Employment").

Agreement. The term “Agreement” as used in the Employment Agreement shall hereafter mean the Employment Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received # this Agreement, executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower, the Co-Borrower and each Person listed on Schedule 1.1(A[[Borrower:Organization]] (it being understood that a signature page to the Replacement Facility Amendment shall be deemed execution of this Agreement[[Borrower:Organization]] and # all Existing Term Loans shall have been replaced with Term Loans hereunder and all Existing Revolving Commitments and Existing Revolving Loans shall have been replaced with Revolving Commitments and Revolving Loans hereunder (and all accrued interest on the Existing Term Loans, Existing Revolving Commitments and Existing Revolving Loans and other amounts outstanding in respect thereof shall have been paid in full[[Borrower:Organization]].

Agreement. Each of this Agreement and the Paying Agency Agreement have been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company, and, assuming due authorization, execution and delivery by the other parties hereto and thereto, constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligations of the Company, enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms, except as enforcement thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws relating to or affecting creditors’ rights generally or by general equitable principles.
