Agreement. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to # delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double- underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages attached as Exhibit A hereto and # replace Exhibit C-11] of the Credit Agreement with [Exhibit B] attached hereto.

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, with stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: stricken text or stricken text) to indicate deletions of text and double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: double-underlined text or double-underlined text) to indicate insertions of text.

the Existing Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth on the pages of the Amended Credit Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto (the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, the “Amended Credit Agreement”);

The Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex I hereto.

Composite Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and by adding the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the marked pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto.

Amendments to the Credit Agreement. As of the date of this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (including the schedules thereto) is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the bold and double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: bold and double-underlined text) as set forth on the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as Appendix A hereto.

Amendments. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended to # delete the red or green stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: stricken text and stricken text); and # add the blue or green double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following examples: double-underlined text and double-underlined text), in each case, as set forth in the marked copy of the Credit Agreement attached as Annex A hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.

The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the language indicated in single underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: single-underlined text) in Exhibit A hereto and by deleting the language indicated by strikethrough text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) in Exhibit A hereto. The Credit Agreement, as amended as set forth in this Section 2, is referred to as the “Amended Credit Agreement”.

SECTION # Amendments the Credit Agreement. Each of the parties hereto agrees that, upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.1 below, # the Credit Agreement shall be amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages of the Credit Agreement attached as [Exhibit A] hereto and # [Schedule 1.01] of the Credit Agreement shall be replaced in its entirety with the schedule set forth in [Exhibit B] hereto.

The Existing Credit Agreement is amended in its entirety to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text or stricken text) and to add the bold and double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text or double-underlined text), in each case, as set forth on the pages of the Existing Credit Agreement in the form of Annex A attached hereto (the Existing Credit Agreement, as so amended, the “Amended Credit Agreement”).
