Disposal of Obsolete Work. Customer shall have the right to prescribe the manner in which Contractor shall dispose of any Work made obsolete as a result of such orders, dispensations or changes, subject to reimbursement of related costs.

Scope of Work. During the term of this Agreement, Provider shall provide to Company the services (the “Services”), described in one or more Statements of Work (each, a “SOW”) that may be executed from time to time by Provider and Company. The Parties agree to collaborate on the Research Project and shall use reasonable endeavours to carry out in a diligent manner those parts of the Research Project allocated to it, in accordance with the details specified in [Schedule 1]. If a Participant returns to employment with the Employer after a Disability ceases, the Participant may elect to defer an Annual Deferral Amount for the Plan Year following his or her return to employment and for every Plan Year thereafter while a Participant in the Plan, provided such deferral elections are otherwise allowed and an Election Form is delivered to and accepted by the Committee for each such election in accordance with [Section 3.1] above.
