Affiliate. “Affiliate” means any organization controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Corporation.

“Affiliate” means a corporation or other entity controlled by, controlling or under common control with, the Company, or an entity that is otherwise closely connected to the Company, as determined by the Committee.

“Affiliate” means any corporation, partnership, joint venture or other entity, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company, as determined by the Board of Directors in its discretion.

“Affiliate” shall mean an entity controlled by, controlling or under the common control with the entity in question.

“Affiliate” means a Person that directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, the Corporation. For purposes of the preceding sentence, the word “control” (by itself and as used in the terms “controlling,” “controlled by” and “under common control with”) means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise.

“Affiliate” means any entity that Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, a specified Person or Persons.

“Affiliate” means any corporation or other entity (including, but not limited to, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures) controlled by the Company.

“Affiliate” means, as to any person or entity, any other person or entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by, or under direct or indirect common control with, such person or entity.

“Affiliate” means any entity (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) that the Company, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with, determined by the possession of the power to direct or cause the direction of management or policies of such entity (through ownership of securities, by contract or otherwise).

"Affiliate" means a legal entity which controls, or which is controlled by, or which is controlled by an entity which controls, the Company.
