the Commitments and Revolving Credit Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether all Lenders or the Required Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment or waiver pursuant to Section 9.02), provided that any waiver, amendment or modification requiring the consent of all Lenders or each affected Lender which affects such Defaulting Lender disproportionately adversely relative to other affected Lenders shall require the consent of such Defaulting Lender;

the Revolving Commitments and Revolving Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders or any other requisite Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder or under any other Loan Document (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to [Section 9.02]); provided that any amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of all Lenders or all Lenders affected thereby shall, except as otherwise provided in [Section 9.02], require the consent of such Defaulting Lender in accordance with the terms hereof;

the Commitment and Revolving Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders or any other requisite Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to Section 9.02); provided, that this clause (b) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of all Lenders or each Lender affected thereby;

the Commitments and Revolving Credit Exposures of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to Section 10.02); provided, that this clause (b) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of each Lender or each Lender affected thereby;

the Commitment and Revolving Credit Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to [Section 8.7]); provided, that this clause (b) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of such Lender or each Lender affected thereby.

the Commitments and Revolving Credit Exposures of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders or any other requisite Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder or under any other Loan Document (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to [Section 10.02]); provided, that, except as otherwise provided in [Section 10.02], this [clause (c)] shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of each Lender or each Lender affected thereby;

the Commitment and Revolving Credit Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required [[Organization A:Organization]] or a Majority in Interest of any Class of [[Organization A:Organization]] have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to Section 9.02); provided, that any amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of all [[Organization A:Organization]] or all [[Organization A:Organization]] directly affected thereby shall, except as otherwise provided in Section 9.02, require the consent of such Defaulting Lender in accordance with the terms hereof;

the Commitment and Credit Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Majority Lenders or Required Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to Section 9.02); provided, that, except as otherwise provided in Section 9.02, this clause (b) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of such Lender or each Lender directly affected thereby;

the Commitment and Revolving Credit Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall not be included in determining whether the Required ​ have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to [Section 8.02]); provided, that, except as otherwise provided in [Section 8.02], this clause (c) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of an amendment, consent, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of “such Lender” or each Lender directly affected thereby pursuant to clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) in the first proviso in [Section 8.02(b)].

such Defaulting Lender’s Commitments, Revolving Facility Credit Exposure and Term Loans shall not be included in determining whether the Required Lenders or any other requisite Lenders have taken or may take any action hereunder (including any consent to any amendment, waiver or other modification pursuant to [Section 9.08]); provided that, except as otherwise provided in [Section 9.08], this clause (c) shall not apply to the vote of a Defaulting Lender in the case of any amendment, waiver or other modification requiring the consent of each Lender or each Lender adversely affected thereby;
