“Adverse Event”. Adverse Event means any unwanted or harmful medical occurrence in a patient or subject who is administered a Product, whether or not considered related to such Product, including any undesirable sign (including abnormal laboratory findings of clinical concern), symptom or disease temporally associated with the use of such Product.
“Adverse Event” means any undesirable event or experience associated with the use of a medicinal product, whether or not expected, and whether or not considered related to or caused by the product, including an event or experience that occurs: in the course of the use of the product in professional practice; from overdose whether accidental or intentional; from abuse; from withdrawal; or from a failure of expected pharmacological or biological therapeutic action of the product.
“Adverse Event” has the meaning set forth in the Applicable Law for such term (or comparable term), and will generally mean any untoward medical occurrence in a subject in any Clinical Trial who has received a product, medical device or placebo, and which does not necessarily have a causal relationship with such product, medical device or placebo, including any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom or disease temporally associated with the use of the applicable product, medical device or placebo, whether or not related to such product, medical device or placebo.
“Adverse Event” shall mean any adverse event associated with the use of any Product in humans, whether or not considered drug-related, including an adverse event occurring in the course of the use of a Product in professional practice, in studies, in investigations or in tests or an adverse event occurring from Product overdose (whether accidental or intentional), from Product abuse, or from Product withdrawal, as well as any toxicity, sensitivity, failure of expected pharmacological action, or laboratory abnormality that is, or is thought by the reporter to be, serious or associated with relevant clinical signs or symptoms.
“Adverse Event” means any adverse medical occurrence in a patient or clinical investigation subject that is administered a pharmaceutical product, as designated in any Applicable Law in the Territory and that is required to be reported to a Regulatory Authority.
