Advances. The [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby promises to pay to the Administrative Agent for account of each [[Organization B:Organization]] the entire outstanding principal amount of such [[Organization B:Organization]]’s Advances, and each Advance shall mature, on the earlier of the Commitment Termination Date applicable to such [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Termination Date.

Each [[Organization B:Organization]] severally agrees, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, to make Advances to the [[Organization A:Organization]] from time to time on any Business Day during the period from the date hereof until the earlier of the Commitment Termination Date applicable to such [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Termination Date in an amount not to exceed the amount of such [[Organization B:Organization]]’s Unused Commitment.
