At any time prior to the Advance Request Termination Date, [[Organization B:Organization]] may submit a Request to [[Organization C:Organization]] for [[Organization C:Organization]] to purchase a Participation Interest in one or more Eligible Mortgage Loans from [[Organization B:Organization]] hereunder by delivering or causing to be delivered to [[Organization C:Organization]], by electronic data submission or in such other manner, as may be required by [[Organization C:Organization]] from time to time, the information and other items for such Eligible Mortgage Loans required by [[Organization C:Organization]] pursuant to the Warehouse Program Guide.

To assist [[Organization C:Organization]] in making its decision whether to purchase a Participation Interest in any particular Eligible Mortgage Loan, [[Organization B:Organization]] will timely provide [[Organization C:Organization]] or [[Organization C:Organization]]’s agents with the information and other items for such Eligible Mortgage Loan required by [[Organization C:Organization]] pursuant to the Warehouse Program Guide.

“Request” shall mean any request by [[Organization B:Organization]] to [[Organization C:Organization]] for the purchase by [[Organization C:Organization]] from [[Organization B:Organization]] of a Participation Interest in an Eligible Mortgage Loan and the Advance by [[Organization C:Organization]] of funds for the Purchase Price for such Participation Interest, which Request shall be delivered by [[Organization B:Organization]] to [[Organization C:Organization]] in such manner and shall contain such information as may be required by [[Organization C:Organization]] from time to time.
