Admissions contract clause examples

No Admissions. Neither the execution of this Agreement by the Company, nor the terms hereof, constitute or should be construed to constitute any admission or evidence of any wrongdoing, liability or violation of any federal, state or local law or the common law on the part of the Company.

NO ADMISSIONS. Neither the execution of this Agreement by the Company nor the terms hereof constitutes an admission by the Company, or by any agent or employee of the Company, of liability or unlawful conduct in any manner.

No Admission. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall constitute or be treated as an admission by the Company of any liability, wrongdoing, or violation of law.

No Admissions. Neither this Agreement nor the furnishing of the consideration for this Agreement shall be deemed or construed as an admission of liability or wrongdoing on the part of Executive or the Company or any of its Affiliates, nor shall be admissible as evidence in any proceeding other than for the enforcement of this Agreement.

Neither this Agreement, nor anything contained in it, shall be introduced in any proceeding except to enforce the terms of this Agreement or to defend against any claim relating to the subject matter of the releases contained herein. Such introduction under these exceptions shall be pursuant to an appropriate order protecting its confidentiality.

No Admissions. By entering into this Agreement, Company makes no admission that it has engaged, or is now engaging, in any unlawful conduct. The parties understand and acknowledge that this Agreement is not an admission of liability and shall not be used or construed as such in any legal or administrative proceeding.
