Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the Lead Arrangers, the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Agents shall not, in such capacities, have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, none of the Lead Arrangers or the Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement, except in their respective capacities as the Administrative Agent, an Issuing Bank or a Lender hereunder, as applicable.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Lead Arrangers, Book Managers, Co-Syndication Agents or Co-Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

Section # No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Persons acting as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners, Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent or as a Bank hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, the Documentation Agent or the Syndication Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Bookrunners, Joint Lead Arrangers or Co-Syndication Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
