The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of a letter (the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”) between TGI, as agent for the Borrowers, and Administrative Agent, as amended from time to time.

Administrative Agency Fee. The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent’s own account an agency fee and other sums in the amount and at the times set forth in the Fee Letter with Bank of America and BofA Securities.

Administrative Fee. Five percent (5%) of the applicable amount or charge.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its sole benefit, the fees set forth in the Administrative Agent Fee Letter.

Administrative Fee. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the RBS Fee Letter.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its sole benefit, the fees set forth in the Administrative Agent Fee Letter.

Administrative Fee. The Company agrees to pay to the Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the Fee Letter of [[Agent:Organization]].

Administrative Agent’s Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent a nonrefundable fee (the “Administrative Agent’s Fee”) under the terms of that certain fee letter, dated as of April 6, 2021 (as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Administrative Agent’s Letter”), by and among the REIT Guarantor, Administrative Agent and PNCCM.

Administrative Fee. Lender shall receive an administrative fee equal to Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($250.00) for each disbursement of insurance proceeds made by it and Borrowers shall reimburse Lender for all costs incurred by Lender in connection with the foregoing including, but not limited to, reasonable consultants’ fees, reasonable Attorney’s Fees, and the fees and expenses of any construction loan administrator or servicer retained by Lender to administer the disbursement of insurance proceeds under this Section 2.07.
