to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Administrative Agent under Sections 2.04 and 10.04) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other Loan Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the ​ and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the ​ and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the ​ and the Administrative Agent under [Section 2.07]) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the Lenders and the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Lenders and the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the Lenders and the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] under Section 2.08 and Section 10.04) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the Lenders and the Administrative Agent under [Section 2.09] and [Section 10.04]) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans, L/C Obligations and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the Lenders and the Administrative Agent under [Sections 2.03(i), 2.03(j)], Section 2.08 and Section 10.04) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans, L/C Obligations and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the ​, the ​ and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the ​, the ​ and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the ​, the ​ and the Administrative Agent under [Sections 2.03(i) and (j) and 2.09]9]9]) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and

to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and Loans of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the Lenders and the Administrative Agent under [Sections 2.04, 2.11, 2.15, 7.05 and 8.04]4]4]4]4]) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and
