Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its sole benefit, the fees set forth in the Administrative Agent Fee Letter.

Administrative Fee. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the RBS Fee Letter.

Credit Agreement:Credit Agreement, dated as of August 6, 2019, by and among [[Borrower:Organization]], [[Borrower:Organization]], [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], as administrative agent and collateral agent for the Lenders (including any Conduit Lender) that may become parties thereto, the Lenders, and the Funding Agents named therein.

Administrative Agent, Depositary and Collateral Agent Fee. On each Payment Date, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent (for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Depositary and the Collateral Agent), the Administrative Agent, Depositary and Collateral Agent Fee.

Administrative Fee. Lender shall receive an administrative fee equal to Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($250.00) for each disbursement of insurance proceeds made by it and Borrowers shall reimburse Lender for all costs incurred by Lender in connection with the foregoing including, but not limited to, reasonable consultants’ fees, reasonable Attorney’s Fees, and the fees and expenses of any construction loan administrator or servicer retained by Lender to administer the disbursement of insurance proceeds under this Section 2.07.

Administrative Fee. The Company agrees to pay to the Agent the annual administrative fee as described in the Fee Letter of [[Agent:Organization]].
