Notices and Addresses. All notices, offers, acceptances and any other acts under this Note (except payment) shall be in writing, and shall be sufficiently given if delivered ​ addressee in person, by Federal Express or similar receipted delivery, by facsimile delivery (followed by an original signed copy sent by regular mail) or, if mailed, postage prepaid, by certified mail, return receipt requested, and shall be deemed given when first received, as follows:

Administrative Agent's Office.
