Certain Deductions by the Administrative Agent. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.04(c), 2.05(e), 2.06(b) or 2.17(e))])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

Certain Deductions by the Administrative Agent. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.05(e), 2.06(a), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.04, [Section 2.15(e) or 2.22(e)], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(a) or 2.16(d)])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender fails to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.04(3), 2.05(4) or (5), 2.06(1), or 2.18(4))])])])] then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to ‎[Section 2.02(c)], ‎2.14(d) or ‎11.03(e), then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(b) or 2.14(d)])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(d) or (e), 2.06(b), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])])])], then the Applicable Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Applicable Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Applicable Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c)], [Section 2.05(e)], [Section 2.05(f)], [Section 2.06(a)], [Section 2.06(b)], [Section 2.06(c)], [Section 2.18(d)] or [Section 9.03(c)], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and in the order determined by the Administrative Agent (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as Cash Collateral for, and to be applied to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.12(b), 2.18(c) or 2.18(f)])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or any Issuing Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.
