No Agency. The Parties are independent contractors. Nothing contained herein or done in pursuance of this Agreement shall constitute any Party the agent of any other Party for any purpose or in any sense whatsoever.

The Parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement or in the activities contemplated by the Parties hereunder shall be deemed to create an agency, partnership, employment or joint venture relationship between the Parties or any of their Subcontractors or Representatives.

Relationship of the Parties. The parties hereto are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture, partnership or relationship of agency between the parties, and except as expressly authorized herein, neither party has any authority to act, make representations, or contract on behalf of the other party.

Relationship of the Parties. The Parties shall be deemed independent contractors for all purposes hereunder. This Agreement does not constitute a partnership, joint venture or agency between the Parties. Neither Party is an agent of the other Party and has no authority to represent the other Party as to any matters.

No Agency or Partnership. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall give either party the right to bind the other, or be deemed to constitute either party as agent for or partner of the other or any third party.

Independent Contractors. Each Party will act solely as an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed to give either Party the power or authority to act for, bind, or commit the other Party in any way. Nothing herein will be construed to create the relationship of partners, principal and agent, or joint-venture partners between the Parties.

Independent Contractors. The Parties herby acknowledge and agree that each is an independent contractor and that neither Party shall be considered to be the agent, representative, master or servant of the other Party for any purpose whatsoever, and that neither Party has any authority to enter into a contract, to assume any obligation or to give warranties or representations on behalf of the other Party. Nothing in this relationship shall be construed to create a relationship of joint venture partnership, fiduciary, or other similar relationship between the Parties.
