Duration of this Plan. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, this Plan shall terminate ten (10) years from the Effective Date. After this Plan is terminated, no Awards may be granted but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and this Plan’s terms and conditions.

Duration of the Plan. The Plan shall remain available for the grant of Awards until the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Plan may be terminated at such earlier time as the Board may determine. Termination of the Plan will not affect the rights and obligations of the Participants and the Company arising under Awards theretofore granted and then in effect.

Duration of the Plan. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the Plan shall terminate effective as of March 12, 2029. After the Plan is terminated, no Awards may be granted but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and the Plan’s terms and conditions.

Term of Plan. Unless sooner terminated by the Board pursuant to Section 14, the Plan shall terminate on the date that is ten years after the earlier of that date that the Plan is adopted by the Board or approved by the Company’s stockholders, and no Awards may be granted or awarded after such date. The termination of the Plan shall not affect the validity of any Award outstanding on the date of termination.

Duration of the Plan. The Plan shall remain in effect until all Shares subject to it shall be distributed, all Awards have expired or terminated, the Plan is terminated pursuant to [Section 14(c)], or the tenth anniversary of the effective date of the Plan, whichever occurs first (the “Termination Date”). Awards made before the Termination Date may be exercised, vested or otherwise effectuated beyond the Termination Date unless limited in the Agreement or otherwise.

This Plan shall continue in effect until the expiration of all Awards granted under the Plan unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Article 13; provided, however, that it shall otherwise terminate and no Awards shall be granted after the tenth anniversary of the date of approval of the Plan by the Company’s shareholders as set forth in Section 14.1.

Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, the Plan shall terminate ten years from the Effective Date. After the Plan is terminated, no future Awards may be granted, but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and the Plan’s terms and conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Incentive Stock Options may be granted more than ten years after the later of # the Effective Date and # the approval by the stockholders.

Duration of this Plan. Unless sooner terminated as provided herein, this Plan shall terminate on March 10, 2020; provided, however, that the term of this Plan shall be extended for ten years following any action by the Board approving an increase in the number of Shares available for issuance under the Plan, which action is subsequently approved within 12 months by the stockholders. After this Plan is terminated, no Awards may be granted but Awards previously granted shall remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and this Plan’s terms and conditions.

Termination Date. This Plan will continue in effect until midnight on the day before the tenth anniversary of the effective date specified in Section 17.1; provided, however, that Awards granted on or before that date may extend beyond that date.

The Board may suspend or terminate the Plan in whole or in part at any time prior to the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date by giving written notice of such suspension or termination to the Committee. Unless sooner terminated, the Plan shall terminate automatically on the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date. In the event of any suspension or termination of the Plan, all Awards previously granted under the Plan that are outstanding on the date of such suspension or termination of the Plan shall remain outstanding and exercisable for the period and on the terms and conditions set forth in the Award Agreements evidencing such Awards.
