The Corporation transfers participant data to Merrill Lynch, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Corporation with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Corporation may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Corporation’s service provider will open an account for the Participant. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

Further, the Participant understands that the Corporation will transfer Personal Data to Merrill Lynch and/or such other third parties as may be selected by the Corporation, which are assisting the Corporation with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. The Corporation may select a different service provider or additional service providers and share Personal Data with such other provider(s) serving in a similar manner. The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.
