Adjustments. In the event of any stock split, stock dividend, merger, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, combination, exchange of shares or the like of the capital stock of the Company affecting the Subject Shares, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the resulting securities.

Adjustments. In the event of any stock split (including a reverse stock split), stock dividend, merger, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, combination, exchange of shares or similar transaction with respect to the capital stock of the Parent that affects the Subject Shares, the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the resulting securities.

SECTION # Adjustments. In the event # of any stock split, stock dividend, merger, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, combination, exchange of shares or the like of the capital stock of the Company on, of or affecting the Shareholder Securities or # that any Shareholder shall become the beneficial owner of any additional shares of Company Capital Stock, Company Options and/or Company Stock-Based Awards, as applicable, then the terms of this Agreement shall apply to the shares of Company Capital Stock, Company Options and/or Company Stock-Based Awards, as applicable, held by a Shareholder immediately following the effectiveness of the events described in clause (a) or a Shareholder becoming the beneficial owner thereof as described in clause (b), as though, in either case, they were Shareholder Securities hereunder. In the event that a Shareholder shall become the beneficial owner of any other securities entitling the holder thereof to vote or give consent with respect to the matters set forth in Section 4(a)(ii) hereof, then the terms of Section 4 hereof shall apply to such other securities as though they were Shareholder Securities hereunder.
