Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to the Award Shares (whether in cash, property or shares of the Company’s Stock) shall be registered in the name of the Participant and held by the Company until payable or forfeited pursuant hereto. Such dividends and other distributions shall be subject to the same restrictions on transferability and vesting as the Award Shares with respect to which they were paid and shall, to the extent vested, be paid when and to the extent the underlying Award Shares are vested and freed of restrictions.

Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, the Participant shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to the Award Shares (other than dividends or distributions that are paid in shares of Stock). If, during the Period of Restriction, any dividends or distributions paid with respect to the Award Shares are paid in shares of Stock, such shares shall be registered in the name of the Participant and, if issued in certificated form, deposited with the Company as provided in Section 3, and such shares shall be subject to the same restrictions on vesting and transferability as the Award Shares with respect to which they were paid.

Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, Service Providers holding Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to such Shares unless otherwise provided in the Award Agreement. If any dividends or distributions are paid in Shares, the Shares shall be subject to the same restrictions on transferability and forfeitability as the Shares of Restricted Stock with respect to which they were paid.

Dividends and Other Distributions. Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, during the Period of Restriction, recipients of Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to those Shares; provided, however, that any such dividends or distributions shall in all cases be subject to the same restrictions, vesting and payment (including any restrictions on transferability and the rules for custody) as the Shares of Restricted Stock to which they are attributable.

Dividends and Other Distributions. During the Period of Restriction, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Agreement, recipients of Shares of Restricted Stock shall be entitled to receive all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to those Shares, provided, however, that no dividends or other distributions shall be paid with respect to Shares of Restricted Stock subject to performance criteria unless and until such performance criteria have been met. If any such dividends or distributions are paid in Shares, such Shares shall be subject to the same restrictions on transferability as the Shares of Restricted Stock with respect to which they were paid.

Dividends and Other Distributions. Service Providers holding Awards granted under the Plan will not be entitled to receive any dividends or other distributions paid with respect to Shares underlying any such Award until such Award has fully vested, and all Periods of Restriction with respect to such Award has lapsed, and Shares have been issued (as evidenced by the appropriate entry on the books of the Company or of a duly authorized transfer agent of the Company) pursuant to such Award.
