Notice. All notices will be in writing and served by electronic transmission to the addresses shown below, until notification of a change of such addresses. All such notices shall be deemed delivered on the date initiated.

NOTICES. All notices and other communications required or permitted hereunder shall be made in the manner and to addresses set forth in the Share Purchase Agreement.

All notices and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent by email with PDF attachment, courier or personal delivery to the following addresses, or to such other addresses as shall be designated from time to time by a party hereto in accordance with this ‎Section 9.2.
