Notices and Addresses. Any notice, request, instruction, waiver or other communication to be given hereunder by either Party shall be in writing and shall be considered duly delivered if personally delivered, mailed by certified mail with the postage prepaid (return receipt requested), sent by messenger or overnight delivery service, or sent by e-mail to the addresses of the Parties as follows:

Either Party may alter the address to which notices are to be sent hereunder by giving notice of such change to the other Party in conformity with the provisions of this Section. Notices shall be sent to the address specified below:

Addresses For Notices. All notices and other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be given in the manner and become effective as set forth in the Notes, and addressed to the respective parties at their addresses as specified on the signature pages hereof or as to either party at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to each other party.
