Any notice received by Borrower Agent shall be deemed received by all Borrowers.

Change of Address. Each of the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto, including, without limitation, each Lender. Each Lender may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the Company and the Administrative Agent.

No arbitration or court proceedings45

Notice of Defaults, Change of Address and Material Adverse Changes.
