Notice Address. All notices, requests and other communications by or to a party hereto shall be in writing and shall be given to any Borrower or Agent at the address below:

Any written communication that is not sent in conformity with the foregoing provisions shall nevertheless be effective on the date actually received by the noticed party. Any notice received by Borrower Agent shall be deemed received by all Borrowers.

Change of Address. Each of the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto, including, without limitation, each Lender. Each Lender may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the Company and the Administrative Agent.

No arbitration or court proceedings45

Each of Holdings, the ​, the Administrative ​, the Swing Line ​ and the Issuing Banks may change its address, fax or telephone number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto. Address for Notices. Any notice to be given to the Company under the terms of this Agreement will be addressed to the Company, in care of its General Counsel, at 6001 America Center Dr., San Jose, CA 95002, or at such other address as the Company may hereafter designate in writing.

Change of Address, Etc. Any party hereto may change its address or facsimile number for notices and other communications hereunder by notice to the other parties hereto.
