Notice Address. All notices, requests and other communications by or to a party hereto shall be in writing and shall be given to any Borrower or Agent at the address below:

Change of Address. Each of the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the other parties hereto, including, without limitation, each Lender. Each Lender may change the address for service of notice upon it by a notice in writing to the Company and the Administrative Agent.
