If any amount is paid to Guarantor on account of subrogation rights or otherwise, when an obligation hereunder is due and payable, such amount shall be held in trust for its benefit and shall forthwith be paid to Lender to be applied to the Debt, whether matured or unmatured, in such order as Lender shall determine.
