“Term Commitment” means any Initial Term Loan Commitment and any Additional Term Loan Commitment.
“Term Commitment” means any Initial Term Loan Commitment, any Delayed Draw Term A Commitments and any Additional Term Loan Commitment.

“Term Loan Commitment” shall mean, for each Lender, its Initial Term Loan Commitment, its Refinancing Term Loan Commitment or its Incremental Term Loan Commitment.
“Term Commitment” means, with respect to each Lender, # any Initial Term Commitment, # any Incremental Term Loan Commitment of such Lender, # any Extended Term Loan Commitment and # any Refinancing Term Loan Commitment.
“Commitment” and “Commitments” means the Term Loan Commitment(s).
