Additional Submissions – Information Access. The claimant shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim. The Plan Administrator shall also provide the claimant, upon request and free of charge, reasonable access to, and copies of, all documents, records and other information relevant (as defined in applicable ERISA regulations) to the claimant’s claim for benefits.
Submissions. Each Party will provide the other Party with written notice of each of the following events with regard to each Licensed Product in its Territory: # promptly following the occurrence thereof # the submission of any filings or applications for Regulatory Approval of such Licensed Product in its Territory to any Regulatory Authority, and # receipt or denial of Regulatory Approval for such Licensed Product, and # on a quarterly basis, a summary of any INDs (including orphan drug applications and designations) that were filed for such Licensed Product during such preceding Calendar Quarter and those anticipated to be filed within the upcoming Calendar Quarter; provided, however, that each Party will inform the other Party of such event under (a) or (b) prior to public disclosure of such event by such Party.
Information Access. The JSC shall have access to each Party's plans for Development and Commercialization of Collaboration Candidates and Collaboration Products during the Term, including budgets and timelines related thereto, and shall be briefed by the Parties regarding the content, execution, progress and results achieved by the respective Parties thereunder, as well as regarding the ONO Antigen Binding Domain pursuant to by ONO and regarding potential Alternative Antigen Binding Domains pursuant to [Section 2.3.5] (Alternative Antigen Binding Domain) by FATE and ONO. Each Party, through its representatives on the JSC, shall be permitted to provide advice and commentary with respect to the other Party's plans for Development and Commercialization and related budgets and timelines. As provided in [Section 2.5.2] (Development Plan) and [Section 2.5.5] (Commercialization Plan), as applicable, each Party shall take such advice and commentary into good faith consideration.
Additional Information. Promptly following any request therefor, # such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Company or any Subsidiary, or compliance with the terms of this Agreement, as the Administrative Agent or any Lender (through the Administrative Agent) may reasonably request and # information and documentation reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender for purposes of compliance with applicable “know your customer” and Anti-Money Laundering Laws, including the Patriot Act and the Beneficial Ownership Regulation.
Additional Information. Provide such information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request.
For following receipt of an Option Notice for an Option Program, [[FibroGen:Organization]] will have the right to reasonably discuss and request that HFB provide additional data and information pursuant to [Section 2.9(c)(i)] (Delivery) in its possession with respect to such Option Program. Within following [[FibroGen:Organization]]’s request, HFB will provide [[FibroGen:Organization]] with such additional data and information. For clarity, the Option Term with respect to each Option Program will expire .
