Additional Services. Acorda may, by written notice given to Manufacturer from time to time during the Term, request services (including ​) beyond the Manufacturing Services. In the event that Acorda should notify Manufacturer that it wishes to obtain such services and such services are within the expertise and capacity of Manufacturer, the Parties shall meet promptly after Manufacturer’s receipt of such notice to determine any amendments to the terms of this Agreement or the Quality Agreement (including in respect of the consideration to be paid by Acorda to Manufacturer hereunder) that may be required in connection with the addition of the additional services proposed by Acorda and shall negotiate in good faith as to such matters. The Parties acknowledge and agree that consideration to be paid by Acorda to Manufacturer for any agreed additional services will be negotiated by the Parties in good faith. For clarity, the services included in the definition of Manufacturing Services do not constitute additional services as contemplated by this [Section 2.2].

Additional Services. To the extent that Customer wishes during the Term of this Agreement to instruct Lonza to undertake development and/or other services in relation to the Process and/or the manufacture of Product other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement, any Binding Order and/or the BLA Agreement, the Parties shall, acting in good faith and with due expedition, enter into a written amendment or statement of work to this Agreement (each, a “SOW”) on terms to be agreed between the Parties, documenting the additional services required, the price to be charged for such services and any consequential revisions to the timescales for delivery of such services. No such SOW will be binding unless and until it is executed by both Parties. Any changes and/or amendments to each SOW must also be executed by both Parties.

Additional Services. Landlord shall also have the exclusive right, but not the obligation, to provide any additional services which may be required by Tenant, including, without limitation, locksmithing and additional repairs and maintenance, provided that Tenant shall pay to Landlord within ten (10) days after billing and as Additional Rent hereunder, the sum of all costs to Landlord of such additional services plus a five percent (5%) administration fee.

Additional Services. If Client requests services other than those contemplated herein or in any Product Agreement (such as qualification of a new packaging configuration or shipping studies, or validation of alternative Batch sizes), [[Organization A:Organization]] will provide a good faith and commercially reasonable written quote of the fee for the additional services and Client will advise [[Organization A:Organization]] whether it wishes to have the additional services performed by [[Organization A:Organization]], The scope of work and fees will be set forth in a separate agreement signed by the parties. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to these services.

If Client requests services other than those expressly set out in this Agreement (such as qualification of a new packaging configuration or shipping studies, or validation of alternative batch sizes), or any cost items that are specifically excluded from the Price, Patheon will provide a written quote of the fee for the additional services and Client will advise Patheon whether it wishes to have the additional services performed by Patheon. The scope of work and fees will be agreed in writing by the parties.

Additional Services. From time to time, [[Alector:Organization]] and [[Adimab:Organization]] may agree, pursuant to terms of a separately agreed-upon purchase order, that [[Adimab:Organization]] will perform additional services which fall outside the scope of a Research Program. Such work may include, for example, # preparation of antigen or other reagents for use in a Research Program in the event that [[Alector:Organization]] does not have such materials itself, # molecular biology work such as the generation of certain constructs (e.g., bispecifics or CAR-Ts) using [[Alector:Organization]] Materials, or # non-cGMP production of antibodies in mammalian cells for use in [[Alector:Organization]]’s research and evaluation of Program Antibodies. In the event that [[Alector:Organization]] and [[Adimab:Organization]] agree that [[Adimab:Organization]] will perform such additional work, then [[Adimab:Organization]] will bill [[Alector:Organization]] an agreed-upon amount for such work, which agreed-upon amount may be comprised of one or more of the following: # reimbursement for FTEs expended by [[Adimab:Organization]] at the FTE Rate, # a fixed payment for provision of the services, and # a delivery fee for completion of such work.

Additional Services. In addition to the services described in Section 1.3(b) below, which shall be provided at Cellnet's expense, Laclede may request, and Cellnet, in its discretion, may provide, services to assist Laclede with system integration and other programming issues from time to time during the Term. Such services shall be provided to Laclede at rates to be agreed upon by the Parties.

Additional Services. If VF requests services other than those contemplated herein (such as qualification of a new packaging configuration or shipping studies, or validation of alternative Batch sizes), CCX will provide a good faith and commercially reasonable written quote of the fee for the additional services and VF will advise CCX whether it wishes to have the additional services performed by CCX. The scope of work and fees will be set forth in a separate agreement signed by the Parties. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to these services.
