“Limited Partner” means the Company and any other Person named as a limited partner of the Partnership in Exhibit A attached hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a limited partner of the Partnership. For purposes of this Agreement and the Act, the Limited Partners shall constitute a single class or group of limited partners.

“Limited Partner” means any Person named as a limited partner of the Partnership in Exhibit A attached hereto, as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a limited partner of the Partnership. For purposes of this Agreement and the Act, the Limited Partners shall constitute a single class or group of limited partners.

“Limited Partner” means the Special Limited Partners and any Person named as a Limited Partner in [Exhibit A] attached hereto, as such [Exhibit A] may be amended from time to time, or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner in the Partnership.

“Limited Partner” means any Person named as a Limited Partner in the books and records of the Partnership or any Substituted Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner of the Partnership.

Limited Partner means any Person named as a Limited Partner on Exhibit A attached hereto, and any Person who becomes a Substitute Limited Partner or Additional Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner in the Partnership. A Limited Partner may hold Common Units, Preferred Units, or Convertible Units, or all of them.

“Original Limited Partners” means the Persons listed as the Limited Partners on [Exhibit A] originally attached to this Agreement, without regard to any amendment thereto, and does not include any Assignee or other transferee, including, without limitation, any Substituted Limited Partner succeeding to all or any part of the Partnership Interest of any such Person.

Additional Limited Partner means a Person admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner pursuant to [Section 10.1] hereof and who is shown as a Limited Partner on Exhibit A hereto.
