Additional Issuing Banks contract clause examples

Issuing Banks” means Truist Bank, Bank of America, N.A. and each additional Issuing Bank designated pursuant to [Section 2.05(k)], in their capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, and their successors in such capacity as provided in [Section 2.05(j)].

Issuing Bank” means # [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], # Bank of America, N.A., # BMO Harris Bank N.A. and # Truist Bank, each in its capacity as an issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, and its successors in such capacity as provided in [Section 2.06(i)]. Each Issuing Bank may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of such Issuing Bank (so long as the beneficiary of any such Letter of Credit has consented (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) to such Letter of Credit being issued by such Affiliate), in which case the term “Issuing Bank” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate.
