Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to the Agent and the Lenders such additional documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents (if applicable)), instruments, certifications and opinions as the Agent may reasonably require (including, without limitation, in the case of the Borrower, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants, representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase) and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches, title endorsements, all recording and filing costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, the Arranger or the Lenders in connection with such increase.

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional consents and affirmations and other documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents) as the Agent may reasonably require, and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches, title endorsements, all recording and filing costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, the Arranger or the Lenders in connection with such extension.

Additional Documents and Expenses. The Borrower and the Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional consents and affirmations and other documents (including, without limitation, amendments to the Security Documents) as the Agent may reasonably require, and the Borrower shall pay the cost of any updated UCC searches, title endorsements, all recording and filing costs and fees, and any and all intangible taxes or other documentary taxes, assessments or charges or any similar fees, taxes or expenses which are incurred by the Agent, the Arranger or the Lenders in connection with such extension.

The Borrowers and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Parent Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.

Additional Documents and Expenses. Borrower and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and Borrower shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.

The Borrowers and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Parent Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.

The Borrowers and Guarantors shall execute and deliver to Agent and Lenders such additional documents and opinions as Agent may reasonably require, including, without limitation, a Compliance Certificate, demonstrating compliance with all covenants set forth in the Loan Documents after giving effect to the increase, a certificate signed on behalf of Parent Borrower by an Authorized Officer confirming the statements in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this §2.11(d), and the Borrowers shall pay the cost of any reasonable and documented fees, taxes or expenses which are reasonably requested in connection with such increase.

Additional Documents. The Company agrees to supply such other documents as the Warrantholder may from time to time reasonably request.

Additional Documents. On or before the Closing Date, the Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers shall have received such information documents and opinions as they may reasonably require for the purposes of enabling them to pass upon the issuance and sale of the Securities as contemplated herein, or in order to evidence the accuracy of any of the representations and warranties, or the satisfaction of any of the conditions or agreements, herein contained.

Additional Documents. Execute and/or deliver to Agent, upon request, such documents and agreements as Agent may, from time to time, reasonably request to carry out the purposes, terms or conditions of this Agreement, specifically including (if and when requested) delivery of copies of any Export Orders and all other documents any Credit Party is required to deliver upon request of Agent under the Ex-Im Borrower Agreement.
