Additional Activities. Employee agrees that during the Term of this Agreement she shall not: # engage in other business activities of any kind which would give rise to a conflict of interest for Employee with respect to her duties and obligations to the Company and under this Agreement, # directly or indirectly, engage in any activities which may damage the business of the Company or which may adversely affect the goodwill, reputation or business relations of the Company with its customers, the public generally or with any of its other employees.

Outside Activities. During her employment with the Company, Employee shall not engage in any other business activity that would conflict or interfere with her ability to perform her duties under this Agreement.

The Employee shall not during the Term of this Agreement be engaged in any other business activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage other than pursuits which are otherwise compatible with the interests of the Company and approved by the Company in advance of engaging in such pursuit.

During the Term, Employee will not engage in any other activities or undertake any other commitments that conflict with or take priority over Employee’s responsibilities and obligations to the Company, its business, and its customers, including without limitation those responsibilities and obligations incurred pursuant to this Agreement.
